At Lookzy, our mission is to provide customers with a delightful shopping experience by offering high-quality products, reliable service, and hassle-free shopping. We also understand that sometimes things may not go as planned—whether it’s a product that does not meet expectations, a wrong size, or a manufacturing defect. This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms, conditions, and processes governing returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for all purchases made on Lookzy’s platform.

By shopping with Lookzy, you agree to the procedures and responsibilities described in this Policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Overview

  1. Lookzy’s Refund and Return Policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations.
  2. Refunds and returns are handled fairly, keeping customer satisfaction and company sustainability in mind.
  3. This Policy applies to all purchases made through the Lookzy website, mobile application, and other authorized sales channels.
  4. Certain categories of items may be excluded or restricted (see Section 9).

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may request a refund or return if:

  • The product was purchased directly from Lookzy.
  • The request is made within the designated return window (see Section 3).
  • The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt) is provided.

Lookzy reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet these criteria.


3. Return Window

  • Fashion & Apparel Products: Return within 10 days from the date of delivery if unused and tags are intact.
  • Footwear & Accessories: Return within 7–10 days in original condition.
  • Electronics & Gadgets: Returns accepted within 7 days, only in case of functional defects.
  • Home & Lifestyle Products: Return within 10–14 days, depending on product type.
  • Perishable, Personal Hygiene, or Intimate Products: Non-returnable (see Section 9).
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  1. Undergarments, innerwear, and intimate apparel.
  2. Beauty, cosmetics, and personal hygiene products.
  3. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or consumables.
  4. Customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order items.
  5. Gift cards, vouchers, and digital downloads.
  6. Clearance or “final sale” products.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your Lookzy account and go to the “My Orders” section.
  2. Select the item you wish to return/refund.
  3. Fill in the return request form and state your reason. Upload photos if needed.
  4. Lookzy’s team will review and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  5. Pack the item securely with original
